Aw thank you! Nice to hear your comment again This painting is really unusual for me. I mean the colors are very saturated, bright...Majority of my works are grayish, dark and...well,its a lucky exception i guess, I love the colors too!
Thank you! right, i try to work in realistic palette, but at the same time I don't want that my paintings looks so realistic when you look at them little bit closer hope you understand me right sorry for bad english Well, I want to create realistic FEELING, but at the same time I want that people noticed the brushwork for example..Its so difficult to explain
Yes-thats right! But the sad thing is..my friends always told me that brushwork looks like a ...noise I say them "NO! Its the Brushwork! Its Beautiful!!"They say: "Naaa-its not cool, you need focused on details..." Brrr I dont know why people prefer photorealistic paintings :/ I think it looks..dead
Well, there has to be a good balance, which I think you have. I personally think the brushy paintings are way cooler, but it certainly takes skill to do both. If you're just copying though, you're a skilled copier, not an artist. :/
Exactly! absolutely agree with you! Two-three years ago I wanted to be a good copier, yeah, but it was my big mistake, i was wrong about that..for me, its not really matters how accurate and clean you draw, much more important is how good your imagination works, and how good can you "play" with colors By the way, it will be interesting to know what you DON'T like in my works It will help me to...look to my art from different angle, you know and of course its a best way to improve my skills - to know whats wrong, he-he
